R3 CONTINGENCIES (“R3”) MEMBERSHIP GUIDE
Designated Continuity & Secondary Authorization
To ensure uninterrupted crisis management and seamless decision-making, Members may designate a Secondary Authorized Signer. This individual is granted full institutional privileges to coordinate directly with the R3 Contingencies Center, manage allocated Flex Funds, and direct operations should the primary Account Holder be unreachable or incapacitated.
Service Activation & Capitalization Timelines
Strategic readiness depends on the capitalization structure of the membership:
Annual Capitalization (Recommended): Under both Silver and Gold membership tiers, full operational capabilities and immediate access to Flex Funds are activated instantly upon the execution of a 12-month annualized agreement.
Staged Capitalization (Monthly Billing): For members opting for a serialized monthly structure, primary response assets deploy immediately. Access to allocated Flex Funds activates following six (6) consecutive months of active account maintenance. To ensure mission continuity, the account must remain in a fully capitalized and current status.
Financial Architecture & Accountability
Membership capitalization is managed through a secure, structured framework to ensure absolute mission readiness.
Payment Protocols: R3-KON accepts annualized or serialized monthly payments via authorized corporate credit, secure merchant processing, or wire transfer. Initial capitalization—whether full annual or the first monthly cycle—is processed immediately upon execution of the membership agreement.
Billing Cycles: For members utilizing the serialized structure, payments are automatically processed every twenty-eight (28) days for a twelve (12) month term.
Manual Reconciliation: To opt out of automated processing, members must contact the Executive Office fourteen (14) days prior to the cycle date to arrange manual scheduling or invoice delivery.
Account Continuity & Reconciliation
To maintain the integrity of your safety net, all accounts must remain in an active status.
Discreet Reconciliation Window: In the event of a transaction failure, our accounts team will initiate a discreet 30-day reconciliation window via direct communication. During this period, account privileges may be temporarily suspended to preserve institutional resources.
Deactivation & Reinstatement: If an account remains uncapitalized beyond the 30-day window, the contract will be deactivated. Re-establishing a deactivated account requires the settlement of all outstanding balances and is subject to a standard administrative reinstatement fee.
Rider Provisions: For accounts with active Strategic Riders, please refer to your specific Rider Policy for additional deployment parameters.
Operational Protocols & Data Integrity.
To maintain absolute operational readiness, the precision of our deployment depends on the accuracy of your institutional data.
Activation Mandate: It is the primary responsibility of the Member or a Secondary Authorized Signer to initiate contact with R3 Contingencies to signal an active emergency or logistical disruption.
Information Fidelity: Members must ensure that all contact profiles for themselves and their designated network are accurate and current. Incomplete records may degrade the efficacy of our communication services and rapid-response protocols.
Designated Network Selection: When architecting your contact list, we recommend including vital stakeholders such as immediate family, childcare infrastructure, key employers, or legal counsel.
Strategic Record Updates: Any modifications to the operational plan—including changes to residential addresses, legal names, or contact parameters—must be submitted in writing. To ensure a seamless transition of services, our Command Center will adhere strictly to the most recent signed contract on file unless a formal amendment is executed.
Administrative Parameters: To preserve the stability of your contingency framework, members are allocated eight (8) profile modifications per 12-month cycle. Any additional modifications beyond this threshold will be subject to a standard administrative fee.
Pre-Emptive Resolution & Asset Security
Anticipated Complications: We encourage members to provide briefings on anticipated logistical frictions as early as possible. Early intelligence allows our team to engineer pre-emptive solutions and prevent service interruptions.
Service Limitations: Delays in reporting or outdated information may restrict our ability to deploy full-spectrum services. In such instances, R3 Contingencies may only be able to provide partial assistance based on available real-time data.
Security Credential Management: In the event of a lost or compromised membership credential, notify the R3 contingencies immediately. We will instantly deactivate the compromised profile and issue new secure credentials via encrypted digital delivery and physical mail to prevent unauthorized access.
Communication Architecture & Coordination
R3 Contingencies utilizes, multi-channel communication suite—including secure voice, encrypted messaging, and digital correspondence—to maintain contact with Members and their designated networks.
Standard Engagement: By default, communications to a Member’s designated contacts are executed via secure voice channels.
Alternative Channel Authorization: Upon request, a formal authorization protocol may be executed to enable text, email, or secure messaging for a Member’s contact list.
Outreach Protocol: All correspondence attempts are limited to a three-attempt cycle. Following the third attempt, a brief briefing will be left unless otherwise directed.
Information Parameters: Our company delivers briefings of a logistical or non-sensitive nature only. We maintain absolute discretion and will not engage with third parties without explicit prior authorization.
Strategic Resource Management: Flex Funds
Flex Funds represent a versatile capital asset designed to mitigate immediate logistical or domestic friction.
Deployment Versatility: These funds are architected for diverse applications, including but not limited to:
Direct capitalization for facility-based essential procurement.
Immediate securing of legal release or bail.
Institutional support for family expenses during an absence.
Rapid coordination of emergency transportation or domestic supply delivery.
Immediate activation of vetted childcare or estate management services.
Tier-Specific Activation:
Annual Capitalization: Full access to Flex Funds is activated immediately upon payment of the annual membership fee.
Staged Activation (Monthly): For members on a monthly billing cycle, Flex Fund access initializes after ninety (90) days of consistent account maintenance.
Expanded Liquidity: Members may secure additional Flex Fund capacity through the integration of a Strategic Rider.
Environmental Stewardship & Sovereignty
Digital-First Operations: In alignment with modern institutional standards, R3 Contingencies operates as a near-paperless, environmentally conscious organization.
Consent & Performance: Should a Member opt out of specific communication channels, R3 Contingencies will strictly adhere to that preference. Note that restricting communication channels may impact our ability to execute the full scope of services.
Logistical Mobility & Transit Parameters
R3 Contingencies provides comprehensive mobility solutions to ensure your professional and personal continuity.
Standard Transit Coverage: Transportation services are executed to a destination of your choice within your designated eligibility radius.
Extended Radius Protocols: Should a deployment require transit beyond your established mileage area, a standard logistical fee of $5.00 per mile will be applied to your account. By maintaining an active membership, you authorize the processing of these supplemental fees via your primary payment method.
Radius Expansion: For members requiring consistent long-range mobility, extended mileage capacity may be secured through the integration of a Mobility Rider.
Operational Staging: To ensure rapid extraction and transit efficiency, transportation services may require a coordinated, designated pickup location.
Strategic Offboarding & Contract Termination
We maintain a transparent and structured process for the conclusion of membership services.
Notice of Termination: Members wishing to dissolve their service agreement must provide formal written notification at least fourteen (14) days prior to the next scheduled billing cycle. Failure to provide timely notice may result in the automated processing of the subsequent payment.
Formal Submission: Cancellation requests must be submitted via electronic correspondence to Services@R3-Kon.com with the subject line: Formal Termination of Services.
Verification Requirements: To ensure security and prevent unauthorized account changes, the request must include the primary Member’s full name, residential address, verified phone number.
